What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

Our return policy is described in our General Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for detailed information about returns, refunds, and applicable conditions.

What is the warranty for HUSK cases?

All HUSK cases come with a 5-year warranty. This means that if you ever experience an unforeseen issue with your case, our hands-on customer service team will support you and provide a solution under the terms of the warranty. With HUSK, your gear is not only protected by the case itself, but also by our long-term commitment to reliability.

How do I clean the HUSK case without damaging the case?

To clean your HUSK case, simply use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or solvents, as these can damage the seals, foam, or surface finish. For stubborn dirt, rinse gently with clean water and let the case dry completely before storing your equipment. This way, your case stays in top condition without compromising its protective performance.

What tests or specifications do the HUSK rugged cases meet?

HUSK rugged cases are tested and certified to meet the IP67 standard. This means they are fully dustproof and waterproof up to one meter for 30 minutes. They are also tested to comply with MIL-STD-810H. This standard covers resistance to shock, vibration, and extreme environmental conditions. Combined with their rugged construction, these certifications ensure reliable protection for your equipment in even the harshest environments.

How does the automatic pressure release system work?

Every HUSK case is equipped with an automatic pressure release valve. This valve equalizes the pressure inside the case with the outside environment, for example during air travel or altitude changes. Without such a system, the pressure difference could make your case difficult to open or put unnecessary stress on latches and materials. The valve allows air to flow freely while keeping water and dust out, ensuring your equipment remains fully protected without you having to adjust anything manually.

Do HUSK cases have wheels and an extendable handle?

Yes. Many of the larger HUSK case models are equipped with smooth-rolling wheels and a sturdy extendable handle, making heavy transport easier and more ergonomic. This ensures your equipment stays protected while remaining easy to move, even over longer distances.

Can I obtain individual parts, such as new foam, wheels or latches?

Yes. Replacement parts like foam, wheels, or latches are available through our authorised dealers. This way, you can easily keep your HUSK case in top condition without needing to replace the entire case.

Can I get my foam custom cut to fit my components precisely?

Yes. HUSK offers fully custom-cut foam interiors designed to match your components with millimeter accuracy. Using advanced CNC machinery and high-density foam, we create layouts that keep every item secure, organized, and protected. Visit our Custom Interior page to learn more, or contact our sales team to start the process.

What is the standard interior supplied with HUSK rugged cases?

All HUSK rugged cases are supplied empty as standard. You can also purchase HUSK cases fitted with cubed foam for flexible protection. Looking for a fully tailored solution? Explore our Custom Interior page and contact our team to design an interior that fits your equipment perfectly.

How many sizes of HUSK protective cases are there?

HUSK currently offers 42 different case sizes, designed to cover a wide range of equipment and applications. Whether you need compact protection for small electronics or large, heavy-duty transport for industrial gear, there’s always a size that fits.

Which HUSK case should I purchase?

Start by measuring the equipment you want to transport. Use those dimensions to compare with our case specifications and select the best fit. We recommend allowing 3 to 5 centimeters of extra space to make sure everything fits securely and without pressure. This way, you’ll have the right case with the right protection for your gear.
